Culture and Training

At Floreat we aim to teach character with integrity. We look for opportunities for children to habituate good behaviours throughout the school day, and are intentional about modelling the virtues ourselves. We refer to this as our 'caught' approach to character.

The culture and training materials available within this section of our website elucidate how we go about trying to do this at Floreat. 

In our schools, these foundations for character are established during Summer Institute, which is our investment in teachers, and designed to enable everyone to flourish.
